HOME After fifteen years in Nevada City, the Palley & Palley law firm shuts its doors on November 30, 2004. Dave Palley's practice at this point is limited to representing a single client, VTrac Systems, Inc. of Grass Valley. VTrac designs, integrates and sells GPS-based security and logistics goods and services to trucking, rail, ocean cargo carrier and other businesses. Its CellTrac division provides software and ASP services which help companies efficiently deploy, and monitor by internet the locations of, their employees who carry GPS-equipped cell phones. Linda Palley continues on sabbatical, and is occupied these days with family responsibilities. She will let you know if and when she resumes her estate planning law practice.
